jux suddenly had the urge to pick up an old album on 1 of my shelves.
flipped thru' it n found some "ancient" pics.
including a few wif my grandparents.
there was 1 which we took on my 2nd bdae.

life always takes us by surprise.

n i realised how fast we have all grown.
when i was prolly 3-4 yrs old, we went to Sentosa wif my grandparents.
they were alr old, all white-haired. but still able to walk.
i was tt little miss who always tagged beside my mum.

n even back den i guess i never reali spoke to them.
never knew or wanted to learn how to communicate properly in dialect.
all we kids ever knew was how to hav fun.

anw, there were fond memories too.

rmbring times when i cried to stay at my grandparents' place jux to hav a bit more fun wif my cousins.haha.
i was a cry baby.n i whine.

i loved haw candy.n i still do.
there was one pic wif me sitting at home eating them from a saucer.
mum always put them into a saucer n i entertained myself in front of a tv while savouring them bit by bit.

er ge always said i was quite smart when i was young.
like reading a book upside down when i was prolly 2.haha.
mum would leave me to play wif some plastic containers while she cook dinner.
i used to pretend to be fast aslp so dad wud carry me out of the car and back home.

those were the days.
long gone and perhaps forgotten.
